President Yoweri Museveni has given the green light for outdoor sports activities to return but under strict guidelines.
While addressing the nation, the president said that outdoor sports competitions can go ahead but with no spectators in the stands. All players should be subject to COVID 19 tests after every 14 days and should be quarantined until the end of the season.
“Open-air activities of sports will be open, provided there are no spectators. We must learn to have games without spectators. Players should be tested 72 hours before the games,” he said.
